Ron Jaworski’s Foundation, Jaws Youth Playbook, donated work clothing, clothing, baby items, and more to Thrift Works in Pennsauken, NJ. Thrift Works is a resale boutique that provides a first-rate, affordable shopping experience while serving as a retail training center for youth enrolled in The Work Group’s New Jersey Youth Corps program. The Thrift Works program works to help young adults gain real-world experience as they take their first steps toward joining the workforce.

As proud supporters of The Work Group, we donated $25,000 last year to help with the expansion of The Work Group’s counseling center, Joe’s Place. Joe’s Place is a safe space for teens to come and experience high-quality behavioral health services. Named after The Work Group’s friend Joe Orlando, whose dream was to provide counseling services for mental health and addiction, Joe’s Place will be opening later this year. With this donation, they are able to expand to a new building and continue offering outpatient, individual, and group counseling for clients aged 16 and up. The Work Group works to transform the lives of young people by creating a safe space for them to receive the necessary guidance in all aspects of their lives.
