JYP volunteered with The Sunday Love Project (SLP) in September 2020 and helped pack to-go breakfast and lunch bags. In November 2020, JYP made a second visit to Sunday Love Project and delivered UnderArmour Socks, Tastykakes, Snapple and Herrs Snacks to help with the upcoming week’s to-go bags. The SLP shares food amongst the homeless in Philadelphia, while simultaneously building community. Each week, The Sunday Love Project serves 3,000 – 4,000 meals to those in need. On a single night in January 2019, there were 568,000 people experiencing homelessness in the United States – 63% were sheltered individuals and 37% were unsheltered individuals.
