$5,000 for Education Program in Camden

12 Days of Giving: Day#3

Jaws Youth Playbook donates $5,000 to Rutgers Ignite

Ron Jaworksi’s Foundation, Jaws Youth Playbook, donated $5,000 to Rutgers Ignite Program. Rutgers-Camden Ignite is an education program that helps to spark student discovery through STEM, art, athletics, and literacy enrichment, mentoring, and college exposure in North Camden’s students after school and during the summer.

Thanks to our sponsors and donors to the Jaws Bike Drive we’re also able to donate brand-new bikes to the Rutgers-Camden Ignite Cycling program to promote cycling as an inclusive, lifelong sport that advances an accessible and healthy lifestyle.

As IGNITE Instructor George Wood affirms, the goal is “to develop a group of youngsters into cyclists that can conduct themselves safely and responsibly in an urban, suburban, and trail environment.”
