Chester is one of the poorest cities in Pennsylvania, but the stakes are unbelievably high. Drugs, poverty and gang-related violence have left a trail of hardship and heartbreak across the city. To help provide a safe outlet for youth to “be kids”, JYP, in partnership with the City of Chester Department of Parks and Recreation, is supporting the installation of Born Learning Trails in two park locations to provide learning and play opportunities on either side of Chester.
