The Jaws Youth Playbook Foundation, led by Ron Jaworski, is thrilled to announce its partnership with the Maxwell Foundation and Heroes Foundation. Together, they have donated an automated external defibrillator (AED) to the Crusaders Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) football program.

Procuring an AED can be expensive for some communities. However, using a defibrillator promptly can increase survival rates by up to 80%. Pepi Dragotta generously donated the AED machine to the Crusaders. The Heroes Foundation NJ was founded after Pepi Dragotta experienced a sudden cardiac arrest event. The foundation aims to raise awareness about sudden cardiac arrest and encourage people to take care of themselves for a better quality of life. The Jaws Youth Playbook Foundation is dedicated to ensuring safe access to play and is proud to have facilitated this donation.
